Safety

At ALGEDAR ALSANID General Contracting Company, safety is a primary concern. Our full-time Safety Director visits each individual project site, performs regular staff training and networks with others to insure safe working conditions are being maintained.
Weekly safety meetings are held on each project site between ALGEDAR ALSANID site staff and subcontractors to stress the importance of jobsite safety and to keep safety in the minds of each individual working on the site. At ALGEDAR ALSANID we are always improving. Our plan is based on the following basis:

1. Organizing training courses by the Safety Depart ment for all staff, where all members of staff must attend training to make sure they fully understood the steps required safety in the workplace.
2. Follow-up staff by the project manager and fore men enhance the training and the application of safety by staff.
3. Safety instructions attached to each unit at the site and provide each member of staff with the safety instructions, and ask each member of staff some questions about the safety instruction before starting the work.
